Want to know exactly where your packages are? Once we ship your order, usually the next day, you can track it quickly and easily right on yor own computer. We will provide you with tracking number so you can check status on UPS website.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact Lily's Treasures within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS must be followed. CONDITIONS Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. 1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Lily's Treasures. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. 2. Sample items are not returnable. 3. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

This is normally found on bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship.

Lily' Treasures processes & ships all orders within 1-2 business days. We ship UPS GRound. (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days)

Sure! Just be sure your correct mailing address is on envelope or on a piece of paper in with the money order. When sending money order be sure to list ordered items and quantities along with the money order before you seal the envelope. If possible please include a phone number where we can contact you with any questions we may have?

Rates are higher for DHL Rush service. Therefore we encourage our customers to avoid using Rush Service and have goods shipped to a physical address, to minimize shipping and handling costs!
