Your order can be paid for using paypal, cashiers check, or money order. All orders are shipped within 48 hrs. We ship via UPS. Of course your satisfaction is guarenteed.
Please note: The maximum shipping on your order is normally 10.00 for the total order if 100.00 or less.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact Lily's Treasures within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS must be followed.
CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Lily's Treasures. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
2. Sample items are not returnable.
3. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
